I have a bicycle but I can't get to work all sweaty... I would take my gsxr, but putting on all the gear (jacket, helmet, gloves) to go 4 miles seems excessive... It's stupid but I would only be wearing a helmet on the scooter.For a $1500 investment, I really don't lose much. =T
I'd probably squid it on the bike then. The only upside of the Scooter is that you generally don't get under it when you fall.
I would agree with the statement above. If you're not planning on wearing gear while riding the rucus, save your $$$ and ride your gsxr without gear. Just because your on a smaller CC bike doesn't mean the injuries are going to be less if you're involved in an accident. Just my .02
Thanks R69S... That's the info I needed.I'll still researching... The zuma is another option for me, but I like the look of the ruckus more. I think the biggest thing is test riding one to see if I like it. It's not a money issue, it's the fun factor. I think it would be a different type of experience than the regular moto...
