???'s about Aprilia RSV1000 Factory

How does it compare to the 1098 or the 999 Ducatis in regards to power delivery?  As far as handling and reliability, how does it compare to the Japanese liter bikes?

Has anyone who's tossed more than 10K miles on one have any other contributions?   I'm considering one for sale and don't know much about Aprilias or this bike but just from OEM specs it sounds pretty nice.   I like that its a twin and from what I've read I could probably leave it all stock for years and be happy  :17:

Just thought I'd throw this out there, Malcolm Smith has one if you need to find a place to check one out in person/sit on and etc before you go to buy.

at proitalia shop in glendale
3319 North Verdugo Road  Glendale, CA 91208-1634
i test rode an aprilia rsv4
and the ducatti 1098
and the mv agusta f4...
overall,I immediately felt that the
rsv was dead last as far as rideabilty
i didnt like the ergonomics,,,felt like
i was on top of instead of in the bike....
do u know what i mean?
the ducatti was ok but lacking in excitement
but THE MV AGUSTA F4,,,,,OMG  !!!!
PERFECTION -SPEED-FINESSE-INSTANT GRATIFICATION .:)
PS;..I WOULD RATE THE MV AGUSTA AND THE NEW CBR 1000RR
VERY CLOSE TO PERFECTION,,,,MV AGUSTA 1ST PLACE
HONDA CBR 1000 RR,,,A VERRY CLOSE COMPETITOR,,!!!
