you can keep your win...I have NOTHING to prove, am by no means a fast rider on a dirt bike, and nor am I trying to be

long beach is a city...it is NOT dirt bike friendly. it has an area with dirt that is NOT technically a legal riding area, nor does it have anything technical about it to ride.

The closest legal riding is all 1-1/2 hour drive (milestone, rowher flats, wildomar, or if plated - trabuco canyon road). The key to Long Beach is that it's CLOSE to guys in the area. It's 10 mins from where I live, and I hit it up 3-4 times/week in ADDITION to riding ocotillo/gorman/rowher flats/calico/29 palms/etc.

for people looking to test out a bike, or just do a couple laps on flat dirt, or teach their kids - it's terrific

for people that race or looking for technical riding, it's NOT worth it.

Didn't Nicky run like a 41 on a borrowed bike in the first few laps?

Apex was where Nicky borrowed Fred's bike. Not adams. Different track.

bike looks good Matt!

I was just thinking about the expenses going into re-valving the suspension on my YZ250 - you saved a LOT of money finding a bike valved and sprung for your weight

got that classic 426 glow!

thanks!

Yeah, ran pretty good today.  It was fun getting it out finally and stretching it out a bit, even got a little dirty myself.  Def glad I got it now.  Looks like that money I saved with the suspension will get thrown into trying to get it plated out of state, or at least getting a new trailtech and an enduro kit.

let me know when you're planning to stretch her legs...if you leave right after work, we can hit a dirt spot by noon (silverwood, pinnacles, gorman, rowher flats) on a Saturday and be home by dark

btw - I posted the 1st and 3rd pic on instagram - the red hot pipe is a hit!

Even duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can help muffle the sound.

That sounds like a good day to call in sick  >:D

Any sort of plates or stickers required out there or is it MX bike friendly?
