And is still legal?  As in can still put a couple reflectors on and turn signals spaced properly for our police friends in Huntington Beach?

The other part of "legal" is that it extends pass the rear tire... like how it comes stock. Nice bike by the way.

ahh didn't know that was part of the VC. guess I have to go back and read more :(  I was mostly concerned with the reflectors and signal space because that's what gets the most attention.
I found this in the VC but doesn't apply to motorcycles

Fenders (27600). No person shall operate any motor vehicle having three or more wheels unless equipped with fenders, flaps, or other devices, at least as wide as the tire thread, to effectively minimize the spray or splash of mud or water to the rear. This section does not apply to vehicles exempt from registration, or registered prior to January 1, 1971, and which have an unladen weight of under 1,500 pounds. (Does not apply to motorized bicycles.)

Not sure if any of the ones I've seen do reflectors. Best quality is probably EvoTech, though I think it's also the most expensive. It's what I plan on getting for my street triple.

From the prices I'd think they'd be gold plated or something!  not looking to spend more than say $75 at most.  Wouldn't even mind using the stock signals, it's jus that long tail I don't care for.

We could fabricate something easy from the looks of it with a piece of sheet metal.  Most DIYers do that.

We could fabricate something easy from the looks of it with a piece of sheet metal.  Most DIYers do that.

My buddy Josh and I have made, fabricated, and customized all sorts of stuff on all our bikes. It is fairly easy, fun, and very satisfying to see the end result. Neither of us is a mechanic or anything of the sort, we just go for it, and we have come up with stuff for our bikes that looks awesome. Another plus side is the huge money savings. Custom aftermarket stuff is pricey, you just needs a few common tools, an idea, and a some leftover parts from other bikes.

zero gravity corsa or double bubble wind screen
Saddlemen Gel-Channel seat

cox radiator guards

I live in a moderate climate and don't ride in cold winter weather so no need for the grips :)  How about I go all Goldwing on this and install nav/sat radio/cup holders....
