Interesting use of a VFR

Went to that Auto Enthusiast show at Angel Stadium yesterday, lots of awesome rides but found one the VFR guys will either love or hate.  Pretty interesting project if you ask me.

Well, the VFR800 engine is as reliable as a car motor, so can't say it was a bad move.  :43:

Nice work.  Very cool!

My dad had one of those.  His was yellow.  He bought it with a blown engine and rebuilt it.

I used to pick up the thing's back end and turn it sideways in the street.  Moving it about six inches at a time.  Then I'd jump from one skateboard to another over the hood.  He wasn't too thrilled with that.

Ride on,

J~

Our Gym teacher in Junior High had one and we (6 of us) turned it sideways in the parking stall with two cars parked on either side of him. What was funny, was the two cars belonged to two teachers who were on a field trip that day, so he had to wait until 5 o'clock when they came back before he could leave. Needless to say, he wasn't too thrilled either!

Interesting. I wonder if it does a good job powering that little car. Gotta be the sweetest sounding little Honda tho.
