Final 3 OC Moto T Shirt Designs
« on: 08/15/15 09:52AM »
Thanks to all 70+ who voted in the previous round, it's now down to the final three!  :8:  Congrats to the final designs and designers that made it to the last round.  One of your designs will be the look of OC Moto for years to come, and will be flaunted all across SoCal and beyond.  You only get one vote and it cannot be changed, so make it count!

The finalists...

Shirt 1

Shirt 2

Detailed view:

Shirt 3

This time voting results will be shown after you cast your vote, and while you're at it, go pick up a shirt or 2 so Todd can print out your very own T-shirt (and get your bike detailed  ;)) in the coming weeks.

Shirt #2 looks good on paper, but to print that onto a t-shirt it would lose a lot of the detail...

Yes I love it also but had this chat with the printer and those were his exact words.

Just curious as to the color of the shirt itself.  Shirt 3 is gray and the other 2 are white.  Can we give input on that or has that been finalized?

Shirts #2 and #3 would feel more complete to me if there was the OCMoto logo on the back by the neck like the last shirt.  Just a thought.

Just to clarify how members will be able to actually GET the new shirts, let me explain. Todd has been awesome enough to volunteer his time/tools for printing the winning design on the shirts. You will need to TAKE a T-shirt (or tank or maybe even hoodie) of your choice TO HIM at his shop in HB to have the design added. We may be able to do a group drop off if we can coordinate it at a Haus of Pizza night or something like that. I don't mind helping with that, as long as we can keep it fairly simple, tagging the shirts w/name and preferences.

We will announce the basic print cost once the contest is over. It will be cheap. If you want to add special stuff, like your username, something on the back/sleeve, etc., you'll need to arrange that with Todd.

This gives each of us a lot of freedom to choose shirt size, quality, and color, but it also makes things a lot easier for Todd. This way, he won't have to pre purchase a bunch of shirts in various sizes and styles (a major outlay of cash), and then HOPE they all get bought by members.

Here's an example. I really want a tank top with a feminine shape to it. So I would go out and buy myself a plain tank that I like, in the COLOR and STYLE I like. Then, I'd take it to him to have the design put on. The limitation of the design is that it will be one color (black or white). Hope this clarifies.

By the way, any (small) profit made will go right back into the OCMoto general fund, to be used for site costs and for future events (like an official BBQ or picnic).

DON'T FORGET TO VOTE!!!

I think it's an Sv1000, or a reversed image of an SV650.

Definetely and SV, I can make out the Suzuki sticker under the windscreen, the belly fairing and what looks like the water pump line on the outside of the bike (which would lead me to believe this is an SV650 in reverse).   I know waaaaaay to much about these don't I?
