Hey everyone.  Guy tried to pass, didn't work out so well.  I didn't know he was there.  He got 3 broken vertebra, broken collar bone and a concussion.
This is Round 4 race 4 Saturday, Amateur Middle weights.

2nd place. Clutch was not cooperating. Best lap time to date is 1:55.1 on my stock 2014 Yamaha R6.

To me it looked like he grabbed is front brake (not break  :)  )  and did a massive stoppie. Why try to pass you on the inside anyway?
Hope he heals well.

Bingo, too much front brake.  Looks like he thought he could get around, then got scared that he was going to run the corner short.  He would have been better off coming in on the outside of you to set himself up for the inside of the next corner.  Live and learn?    Hope he heals well.

You are right. I actually thanked him. On the funner side of things he posted a used Honda for sale yesterday.  It's good to see him doing better.

Because sometimes it's the best line! Hope he heals up quick, always sucks when you crash, regardless of how it happens.

Holy crap!  That's a nasty crash!  No ABS on that bike I take it LOL

If I were to take that pass (assuming it was good), you can carry and scrub a lot of speed on that turn, and still keep the position.  Even though that is the inside, the next turn is right there and it is to the left.  Going CCW, that was T17 going to T16.

Legally knows his track!  And yes, when you graduate to level 3 you should have the judgement and skills to be able to pass inside or outside
