2013 Aprilia RSV-4 APRC
« on: 08/31/17 02:08PM »
Hi all!

Taking a long break from riding. It's been a good and lucky 13 years of riding for me.  :34: Letting go all of my bikes. First one up is my Aprilia. This is my pride and joy. Babied it from the moment I got it. Please check it out! It's located in the LBC.  :50:

If I sold a bike or two I'd love that V4 engine but 27" inseam and 33.3 seat height just don't go together  :32:

Hey I see you're in Lake Forest... I work in San Juan Capo :)  I'm 5-07 and tip toe the bike with no issues. I guess its more of a level of comfort thing. I've seen 5-01 ladies ride Ducs =O

I got on the 2017 and could not touch the ground with both feet even tip toed. Didn't want to make a mistake on the demo so rode the Tuono instead. lol

When I got my FZ1 it seemed so tall so I lowered it, I recently returned it full height after a couple of years on the BMW and I don't notice the height at all now. I'm sure I could get used to it and make adjustments but too many bikes allready.

You get used to it.  I rode the RSV4 last year and it didn't bother me.  I rarely have both feet on the ground anyway when stopped; one is always on the peg covering the rear brake.
