************* Skill Levels Defined:
Noobie -You have been riding your motorcycle for at least 3 months (hopefully more) and have confidence that you can ride around streets without any issues eg. stopping at stop lights, not stalling the bike, not falling over etc, making u-turns, etc.
Intermediate - You have been riding for at least 6 months (hopefully more) and feel comfortable enough to handle twisty roads as found in local canyons. You are mature enough to understand going slow is okay and not to try and keep up with riders that are faster than you as it will result in a crash.
Expert - You have been riding for years and hopefully been riding with the members going on the ride long enough to know how they ride.

For noobies who want to join in and are enrolled on the OC Moto fast track program, they can do so and at the end of the ride will be given their Intermediate badge. I will have some with me, which I can sign off once we reach Lake Mathews.

For those who have not yet seen Lake Fulmor, it's small but scenic and with a walking path around it.

Glad to see you join Adam and Kareem.

Looks like this weekend will be a sweet spot for riding:
Not as hot as this week and before the predicted rain for next Tuesday/Wednesday.

That's great Brad. Will you be joining at point B along the route? That should be closer to your home in San Clemente.
Click the "I plan to attend" when you know you can make it, so i can be on the lookout for you at meetup points A, B or C.

Adam and Kareem, are you joining at point A or B?

That's great Chris.

That's what great about this coming weekend: Cooler days than usual predicted.
I actually waited to create this ride until the forecast would show this kind of outlook, otherwise it does get hot in Elsinore and to the East.
Now let's just hope the forecast holds.

I really wanted to go on this ride, but something has popped up on Saturday.  I might be able to get down to the area at around 1:30...will you guys still be riding?

Hi Gene,
Best to pass then, because it is difficult to predict where we will be at 1:30pm and the only way to connect is for either you or the group to have a significant wait somewhere. Catch you on the next one Gene.

I don't know anything about badges, but if I'm welcome I'll join you.
You are welcome Jim.

Jerome,
I'm a maybe!! Like that route and been on it plenty of times...Just trying to work out the weekend plans right now with some others. I have to go do some testing/prerunning either Saturday or Sunday on the offroad bikes. Going to knock out 100+ miles in the AM hours just not sure which day yet. Rode my bike in today, first time I've been on it in 3 weeks with work travel and AMA Congress last week.

I'll post Friday once I know if in and I'll let you know where I'll meet up A or B.

DDave
